Welcome to my Blog ... :-) It tells the story of how i was diagnosed with IIH a rare Brain disease. I will be updating regulary so you can see how my IIH journey is going and also how my £;s 4 lb's challenge is going, i have already lost 26.5lb's before joining the challenge bit would like t lose another 2 maybe 3 stone for this cause. We are Hoping to raise awareness for this dilberating disease.

trace: Tracey Beamer, I am Married to the most wonderful man Stephen, have 4 wonderful children, 3 girls & 1 boy. I was diagnosed with Idiopathic intracranial hypertension in March 2010, Also in Aprl 2010 i was diagnosed with another Neurological disorder Arnold-Chiari Malformation but thats another story.........
